I’ve been teaching real estate on Twitter for 5 years. During that time, I’ve been able to teach thousands of people and learn their specific problems with buying their first deals and scaling their portfolios. And I’ve realized that the way real estate is taught today is fundamentally flawed.
The way real estate is generally taught today is a “top down” approach. Basically “Here’s what worked for me, now you do it too.” This is a fine way to learn but it’s not the *optimal* way to learn.
Why is it not the optimal way to learn?
Because real estate is not a one-size-fits-all asset class and investing should be done based on your personal strengths & weaknesses, risk preferences, and goals.
If you think about it, investing should be taught “bottom up”, not “top down”. Instead of starting off with concepts that have worked for someone else, teaching should start off “bottom up” with *you*. The first step should be analyzing your strengths and weaknesses, your positioning and your goals in order to craft an investing style that makes the most sense for *you specifically*.

The Acquisitions Bootcamp is an 8-week program in which you work 1-on-1 with me to craft a unique investment strategy to fit your current skillset, resources and goals - and then find you a deal to fit that strategy.
The first 4 weeks of the program involve daily exercises that you'll complete alone. Then, at the end of each week, we'll get on a call 1-on-1 to review the assignments, any questions you may have and what needs to get done to move forward as quickly and efficiently as possible.
